Positive: It's a quiet location. We chose it for an overnight stay before visiting Plitvice Lakes and then heading south to the sea. The car park is a metre shorter than would be ideal (VW Sharan) but good, right at the entrance. It's quite a long walk to the entrance to Plitvice Lakes, so we had to drive anyway - so at this distance it's pretty much irrelevant where you stay. I recommend to visit Plitvice in earliest hours.
Negative: No problems. Just some details like the raised door threshold by the bathroom, the narrow bathroom with a low shower, but I don't consider any of that to be a problem. Everything was great.
Summary: Quiet location, nice kitchen, living room. Longer way to Plitvice entrance. Satisfied.

Positive: Everything was nice and clean. We are thankful to our host for allowing us to come much later than originally planned (deep in the night, because of unexpected experiences along the journey). We did not use much of the apartment facilities, because we stayed actually just for a few hours and went to the national park immediately after getting up.
