Positive: Beautiful location. Amazing views. Needed literally 30 seconds to step into the water. Quiet, comfortable, idyllic for families with toddlers. 15 minutes walk from the center. Our son was almost all day out playing at the beach. We loved it. New precious moments: ✔️✔️✔️✔️

Negative: Only two things. 1. The photos in the description didn’t match the actual house we got. Nevertheless we loved even more the one we got. 2. We didn’t have umbrellas and chairs for the beach, well there were two in the garden but they were broken, not possible to use them. I would add some umbrellas and chairs for the customers. A friendly note for future customers. Beware in this area, there are jellyfish, nevertheless they are harmless.

Positive: The beach and sea cost nearby is just incredible - the beach is yours literally, no people around. The water is extremely clean. At night we admired stars and milky way in the sky! The house is well equipped with everything you can imagine. Nice and cozy design.

Negative: The second bedroom is not suitable for kids as it has separate entry with heavy metal door with no access to bathroom and parents’ room. Totally depressive yard in front of the house.

Positive: Location, while a bit isolated, the beach was just across the empty lot (of the property). It was deserted in early May, beautiful and wide and sandy. The main room was beautiful, everything you could need, clean, cosy and comfortable. So pretty. Perfect for two people. Only about 20-25 minutes from Ancient Olympia - so close we could go twice. We drove to Katakolo harbor to eat at the Filia and Mouragio restaurant (also called F.ilia), fantastic food and ambiance.

Negative: It was so beautiful I don't want to say anything negative but want to let others know in case it's important to them. The second room and the second bathroom were both accessible only by separate metal doors. We didn't know the area so didn't feel comfortable to have our daughter sleep in that extra room, having to keep locking and unlocking the doors to use the restroom in the night. Might not have needed to be locked but we didn't know. Would be fine for another adult, or another couple, but not suitable (in my opinion) for a child. The property is a bit tricky to find but the hosts are VERY responsive about how to get there. It is isolated and there is no restaurant nearby. Note; There is a rooster next door! He calls out at various times in the very early morning, just beware! Not a bit deal but might be for light sleepers. Some of the earlier reviews on booking are about another house, which I found confusing.
