"Lou Trinche" is an ancient mansion completely restored in the style of Quercy and Agenais, in 2015. The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, one or two wheelchair users with all modern amenities. Much attention has been paid to the decoration and the choice of equipment to offer our guests a high standard. The house has a heat pump system that works in every room air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
Lou Trinche has a kidney shaped swimming pool with a large beach and a spacious adjoining building. The building is also equipped with a toilet, a shower and a table football. It allows you to take your meals and make just grilling next to the pool while enjoying the beautiful view of the valley.
"Lou Trinche" is located on a property of over 6,000 square meters away from any passage and no close neighbors. There's even a nice little private lake just below that belongs to a neighbor.
"Lou Trinche" consists of:
* The main house with:
- The ground floor, a spacious living / dining room of 50 m2, fully equipped kitchen of 30 m2, double bedroom with ensuite shower room and toilet, completely equipped for wheelchair access, a large lobby and laundry facilities.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms of good size with double bed and a spacious bathroom with antique bathtub. There is also a mezzanine above the living room.
- 2nd floor: a large bedroom with two twin beds.
and outside, a beautiful terrace facing south and west, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley.
* A kidney shaped pool with large tiled beaches overlooking the garden and the valley.
* A "pool house" (building) with an open part just under the shelter of an awning, with a barbecue area / outdoor kitchen and ample space for dining. The closed part of the pool house consists of a shower room and a toilet.
The garden will seduce you with its multitude of flowers and shades of green. It was designed and planted by a landscape, the result is nice.

Summary: Brilliant location, nice pool, amazing views, superb communication with host and with property caretaker. Massive 12 bed house. Every room has air conditioning, including the utility room! Need a car if you decide to stay here. A lot of small villages around with markets and night markets (where you eat food, drink and listen to often live music).

Summary: A beautiful enchanting home in a rural secluded setting where all you can hear is the birds singing. If you want a get away from it all holiday, privacy but will all mod cons including a pool this is the place for you, would highly recommend.
