Summary: Please be aware! This house was beautiful but it has no window coverings of any kind on ANY of the windows. The large bedroom windows that you can see into from the pool, park, and dog park have no coverings. All of the bathrooms with windows that face the neighbors have no coverings. Besides being a security and privacy concern we had toddlers that couldn't sleep because of streetlights at night and sun in the morning. This made for a very, very uncomfortable stay. I highly recommend checking that this has been resolved before renting. Additionally, and probably partly because of the lack of window coverings, the AC wasn't working properly. At one point it was 86 degrees upstairs. Again, with children in the house these small inconveniences really amplify. This will be a wonderful rental once these issues are resolved.
