Summary: Nice, comfortable home. The location is a nice, safe area. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay here.

Summary: The host was great at communicating and was kind. The home also has lots of charm and is very unique. The beds were comfortable and the cooling units worked well. Parking was nearly impossible in the evening. There were large piles of garbage littered along the street, leaving us feeling like it was not a great neighborhood. A large roach scurried across the living room floor as soon as we entered the home-but there were also many roaches outside on the sidewalk, so I’m sure that is to be expected in the heat and humidity. There was also a pair of dirty socks left in one of the bedroom drawers. Otherwise, the home was clean even though it’s quite old. Parts of it had obviously been updated. The basement is a scary dungeon- which is where the washer and dryer are (which we never ended up using). We ended up staying only one night, even though I had paid for two. We were hoping for a 5-star experience, but it wasn’t quite that. It was more like a 3- star experience, but I’m rounding up because the host was great to communicate with.

Summary: Honestly location is close to a bunch of places. Uber is easy to obtain to get to the stadiums. Very fair price and excellent communication with the host.

Summary: We stayed here for 5 nights the last week of June. The AC units were struggling a bit to cool the home the first day because it was unusually hot but after having them on a while, it was good. The window AC unit in the master bedroom was originally placed in the master bathroom which didn't cool the bedroom at all however when I communicated this to Amanda, she had it moved to the bedroom right away. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely and FULLY stocked with everything. Absolutely loved using the deep jacuzzi tub and rain shower, and all 3 beds and bedding were so comfortable. It was nice to have access to laundry and drying machines however the basement, where they are kept had an odor and was quite damp. The neighborhood was very quiet but a bit run down, lots of weeds growing everywhere. Parking was hit and miss depending on the time of day. We could usually find a spot near the house but a few times had to park a ways away. All in all we were very happy with the home.

Summary: We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep and narrow and the bathrooms are located upstairs. Was not an issue for us, however may be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Housekeeping and Improvements needed: Cleaning and sanitizing - tv room pillows yucky Hall bathroom especially - dirty bath mat was flipped over to hide the dirt, hairs (not mine) on floor/sink Swinging cobwebs in ceiling corner above couches Garbage piled up not removed outside area Flat, old bed pillows both bedrooms Sheets too big for back bedroom Comforter too big for back bedroom Mattress uncomfortable back bedroom Master shower only warm water Stairs steep and dangerous Back patio dirty, not swept, garbage smelled Housekeeping is not doing a good job!
