Positive: I was attending SIAL and was travelling by car. So for me the location was perfect. It took me 10 minutes to get to the exhibition. In general, room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was iron, so I could well prepare my clothes to the exhiibtion. Also, parking space was cool! it was in the same building in the -1 floor, so you can get from parking directly to the elevator and your apartment

Negative: Only possible suggestion is for a larger drying rack. Everything else was great.

Positive: The apartment is located in a new building about 2 km from the train station and 1.5 km from a small shopping center. It is a very nice studio with a kitchen, a two person bed and a comfortable sleeping couch. The bed and the couch area can be separated with a curtain. The host is a very nice person and welcomed us upon arrival. As a bonus he left us some drinks and snacks for a warm welcome! The apartment is a great place as a base to explore Paris from.
