I sea views are spectacular mountain from anywhere in the house, but from the solarium, the panoramic Ferrutx covers Cape, Cape Formentor and Pinar Cape, enjoying much of the Tramuntana mountains. The sunsets are unforgettable.

Summary: The house is really beautiful, has a beautiful garden with Pool and great view over the sea from the different terraces of the house. The house is big enough for 4-5 persons, especially families with 2 or 3 children. I think, It‘s important to have a car to go shopping and go to the beaches of the coast of Alcudia, then the holidays are Perfect! We really enjoyed it and will come back!

Summary: Loved the property with a special outside view at all levels and angles. Always areas of shade to offset other spaces bathed in the lovely Mallorca sun. Sunsets from the roof are amazing accompanied by the bbq and Spanish Rioja. Hire car is essential for travel to supermarkets and any places you wish to explore but it’s a beautiful part of the island. Inside was traditional and simple but more than comfortable with everything we needed. Owner was lovely and the whole process seamless. Didn’t want to leave.

Summary: If you like peace, quiet & tranquility in a beautifully stunning away from it all place this property could be for you. We loved the outdoor space which is why we went for a house like this. The views are breathtaking & dinner on the roof terrace was thoroughly enjoyed every evening, The garden is bigger than the photos do it justice. There’s so many different spots to enjoy & week really wasn’t enough here. It’s completely relaxing even with the kids!! Bartomeu the host was there to greet us & always available to advise you on anything. I’d say it’s perfect for a family of 4 who don’t want a resort & enjoy a natural environment. Our boys loved it, especially the gorgeous pool area of course. There is of course lots to do in the local area. We went kayaking, hiking, snorkelling, visited lots of towns & other beaches in this South East relatively unspoilt corner of gorgeous Mallorca. Forth time on the island & we still can’t get enough!! Thanks Bartomeu we had a wonderful week x

Summary: I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this property! The grounds are utterly splendid and spectacular offering majestic mountains in sight and peaceful ocean views with mesmerizing shades of blue as the day progresses. The nice sized pool is refreshing and lovely. The area is also very private. And there are hammocks! The house interior is comfortable, calming, clean and well equipped. We are a family of 4 with 11 year old kids and we had plenty of room. The owners are lovely and welcoming which made the experience all the more pleasant. There is a very good restaurant, Casablanca within a 2 minute walk and 2 wonderful beaches close by. There are great markets close by too, especially Supermercado Can Estaca in Colònia de St Pere, 5 minutes by car. It is ideal to have a car. We explored alot of Mallorca in our 2 weeks there, always happy to to return to this beautiful home at the end of the day. Honestly, this property is extremely magical!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! There is a terrace with chairs perfectly placed in every spot to either catch the sun or rest in the shade. The gardens are beautiful, the pool perfect and the house pretty and very well equipped. This is a quiet area and the perfect place for a 'getting away from it all holiday' plus there are a couple of restaurants and a little shop for fresh bread and supplies when needed. Thank you!

Summary: We are family of four, two adults with two kids age 7 and 11. We really enjoyed staying at the house during our vacation in Majorca. The owner received us with warm welcome. The house was well kept and comfortable. The toys in the children’s room made my kids really happy. Wi-fi connection was very good, after suffering bad connection in Ibiza and Menorca, it was just a big relief. Swimming pool was great, my kids loved it. The house had stunning view, much more beautiful than the photos in the website. It had perfect combination of green trees, red flowers in the garden and the sea, mountain view in distance. Watching sun goes down in the mountain from top terrace was such an amazing experience. All in all, staying in the house made our wonderful trip in Majorca perfect and unforgettable.

Summary: We simply loved our vacation in this house! The owner is very kind and helpful and made us feel at home right away. The house is furnished with great love for the detail and it offers everything one needs. You can begin your day with a breakfast on the terrace next to the house, have a little lunch break near the pool and finish the day viewing a beautiful sunset while having a barbeque on the roof terrace! Our four year old daughter loved the pool so much, that we even spend every other day at the house, while spending the rest of the days exploring the island. All interesting sites are easy to reach by car. So for us it was the perfect balance between total relaxation and exploration.

Summary: We spent two weeks in Bartomeu's house together with our 4 months old baby and her grand-parents. The house is perfectly well equipped, really nothing is missing and everything is as beautiful as on the pictures. The pool is great, especially when it s as hot as in July. Because if the baby (and because there is no shadow at all) we didńt often go to the nearby beach, but with the pool this wasn t a problem at all. The sunsets from the upper terrace are amazing and thanks to the different terraces you always find a place in the shadow throughout the day. We really enjoyed our stay in Betlem far away from Mallorca s mass tourism.

Summary: Dear Family Duran, we had beautiful weather, we could have stayed for weeks in her enchanted house. The location, the beautiful garden, 3 terraces overlooking the sea and the bay of Alcudia, the interior of the house leaves a dream and feel comfortable.
