This amazing property is perfect for a vacation for large groups near Austin, Texas. It is made up of two separate properties on the same estate, offering plenty of space and privacy. The Ranch House has a wrap-around porch on all sides with chairs and porch swings. This makes the perfect space for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. It offers a large master suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom, two queen-size bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a walk-in stone shower, and a sleeping sofa for one adult or two small children. There is a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a massive hardwood table that seats 16.The Grand Lodge has two king-size suites each with their own private bathrooms with walk-in stone showers and deep, copper soaking tubs. The great room has comfortable seating, a towering stone fireplace, copper table for six, and a party bar. The Grand Lodge is a stunning show homemade of massive hand-hewn timbers from an 1820's barn in Gettysburg, PA.The homes are connected by a poolside party cabana and an outdoor kitchen with tables and chairs, a BBQ grill, a fridge, an ice maker, and a bar. There is a luxury hot tub and adjacent pool that look over a stone fountain and have views of the garden. The stone patio has a wood-burning fireplace with ample seating. There is also a spacious yard with lush grass shaded by large oak trees that play host to hammocks and swings. The entire yard is enclosed in a stacked stone fence and there are dozens of indoor and outdoor games for younger glampers and adults alike.Both homes are impeccably decorated by the homeowner. They boast an eclectic mix of rustic and modern furnishings; think Restoration Hardware meets the Wild West. The rooms are filled with interesting artifacts like the ten-foot-wide, 200-year-old church doors from Guadalajara that make up the headboard in one of the master suites. Windows and doors were salvaged from a mid-1800s home on the Jersey Shore and the ceilings are adorned with reclaimed wood and antique pressed tin molding.Glampers will find the property equipped with an extensive range of luxury facilities. There are a large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy, along with an outdoor fireplace. All towels and linens are provided by the hosts and there is a unique outdoor fireplace to keep things cozy. There also is plenty of outdoor seating and covered lounge areas.
