Summary: Hotell Persnäs is a little diamond off the beaten track. I would highlight the wonderful, clean pool with nice lounge chairs around it and the delicious breakfast which actually deserves six stars out of five. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful setting, a slice of the Mediterranean in the Swedish countryside. Vibeke was a wonderful host, helping to make this the most relaxing stay we have had anywhere in a long time. Fantastic food (it’s worth coming just for her mum’s granola), a warm welcome and gorgeous surroundings - we couldn’t have asked for more.
