Summary: The hotel was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. Our dog watcher cancelled and we called the hotel whom arranged so we could take our big dog with us, even though we had booked a suite that didn't allow dogs. Very flexible and friendly staff, much appreciated. We booked the Velvet experience in the SPA and it was really worth the money. The regular SPA area was spacious and offered a lot, we were two adults giggling and enjoying ourselves. The lobby was big and very cosy, offered a lot while waiting for check in or just hanging out. The dinner was really good and the service was excellent even though the restaurant was very crowded. The breakfast was really great and offered more than you could possibly eat. The only thing there I would like to change is regarding the time booking for breakfast. I do understand and like the fact that you book a certain time to sit down for breakfast, but the only time available for us was 10.00. That was also fine, we visited the spa in the morning as well to fill out the time. But they took away the food 10.30, which made it a bit hard to really enjoy the buffet. The staff were kind and told in advance that they were going to put things away, but it is really hard to relax and take time with breakfast in only 30 minutes, especially when there are some queueing involved. Still only a minor inconvenience, our experience was still top notch and I recommend everyone to visit here.

Summary: It wasn’t corona friendly which felt a bit weird due to the circumstances. No proper guidelines at the breakfast. During the check in there was lack of information about things like when breakfast was due, where to get coffee during the stay, the spa opening hours etc. But other than that the hotel was 10/10. Friendly staff, great spa, super nice room! Would recommend others to go there for sure :)

Summary: Nice rooms, great spa. The restaurant is very expensive and has only few dishes to choose from. No other restaurants in the area if you travel outside the tourist season (other restaurants are only open during the summer months)
