Summary: Make sure you reserve a room in the new section, not the "classic" section or you will be in a tiny dinghy room loke I did. I asked to move, but they said no vacancies, which i doubted in mid-week San Andres Tuxtla. Restaurant is abysmal, pretty facilities but the service is crazy bad.

Summary: My toom was located on the 1st floor. The window of my room faced the wash room which make it very noisy, therefore making it very difficult to get some rest. Somel staff members kept slamming a door which faced my window throught the night and talked very early in the morning. I had to call the front desk at 6:30 am to get them to stop slamming the door. As for the staff talking by my window, well that continued throught my stake making it very difficult to rest. Other than this everything else was good.

Summary: Like the location, didn’t like that the hotel room key shut everything off when you leave the room it’s 100 degrees outside and you return to a hot room.

Summary: Very nice hotel. Everything was so close and walkable. Nice Starbucks Cafe in the lobby. The atmosphere of the town is very enjoyable.

Summary: I don’t know why this property hasn’t had recent ratings , I stayed here and I must say wa a the best decision for me . The room was clean and the food was excellent , very fresh with so many healthy options .

Summary: It was OK. I didn’t like the fact that they were messaging me that I needed to come as soon as possible so they can keep my room. I had put my credit card there so they had it so they knew we were coming we were just roaming around the city so we had to stop and come back and see what was going on. Not sure what their deal was.
