Summary: The rooms were very clean, tye young lady thst was cleaning on the 18th floor was very nice and curtious. The staff on reception were always helpful too.

Summary: To the management/owner, i wish you would fix the air conditioningnin the lobby. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it is yet to be fixed. Not just myself, but other guests are complaining about the temperature that they have to experience when checking in or waiting for the lifts. Surely this can be fixed!!

Summary: the lobby was over crowded by guests waiting for room accomodations. elevators are not adequate for the amount of rooms they have .. it was very inconvenient
