Positive: What I really like about staying in this hotel is that it is very close to the mall, although the street is very busy, especially in the evening. The guards are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices.

Negative: Some of the front desk attendants were not very friendly or accommodating, which made the check-in experience unpleasant. In addition, the air conditioning was not working well. It was very hot in the reception/waiting area when we checked in.
