Summary: We arrived very late and the reception was closed, but they put the keys in a safe. We came in to the rooms and at first sight it looked nice. But suddenly we saw a lot of bugs crawling on the floor in my daughter’s room and I went into my room and it was the same there. We left the hotel and went to another hotel nearby.

Summary: The room we stayed in was one of the most basic ones. Had everything we needed, but we also had some ants living with us, and the shower was leaking into the bathroom floor every time we used it. Apart from that, the bed was super comfortable and the stay was overall enjoyable.

Summary: Excellent service, really nice, well equipped rooms. Food in the restaurant was very nice. Hotel arranged taxi for me and welcomed me on a late business trip. Lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly.

Summary: This was the 4th time that I have stayed at the hotel and it is just as fantastic on each occasion. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great and the restaurant food is superb. I have to give a special mention to Agatha who is such a lovely and friendly lady. Always has a smile on her face and made me feel very welcome. Enjoy your retirement Agatha!!
