Summary: Zenit Hotel in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We look forward to staying at the Zenit Bilbao again.

Summary: We can not fault the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, nor the friendly and efficient staff. The bathrooms were enormous, with a large range of toiletries. There weren't too many good restaurants nearby, but a tram stop right outside the hotel would take you to the Guggenheim and the Casco Viejo.
