Positive: Rather clean, comfortable bed, equipment corresponds with the description.

Negative: The room was very cold! I reported it, the maintenance guy came and promissed that in 1 hour it will heat up but nothing changed. In the morning there was 18,5 °C. No place to dry clothes and ski shoes, almost cold radiator did not help. Mold in the shower. The common kitchen is accessible only via outside. Parking is in a publicly accessible space 100m from the appartment house. Ukrainian staff does not speak English at all.

Positive: We stopped for the night on our way to another destination, so the location was irrelevant. The owner is nice and friendly, late arrival is possible. The room is well heated and cozy. we have noticed that the place have a really fantastic common kitchen where its possible to cook and eat- we have not used it but it looked great.

Negative: We stopped for the night on the way to another destination... Everything was fine, but the decor was a bit too homey, like staying in a family's nursery...

Summary: Nice homely hotel.

Positive: Quiet hotel on the border of Payerbach. We had a newer room, we liked it a lot.

Negative: Some parts of the property are still under construction, be aware of that (It didn't bother us)

Negative: Unfortunately, despite confirmation that the room would have a normal double bed, it consisted of two single beds pushed together, which did not feel like a proper double bed at all.
