Positive: Convenient parking, spacious room, quick and simple check-in, AC/Heat in room, balcony off the room
Negative: It is under new ownership, so there is still a significant amount of work being done. Most of the lights and phone in the room did not work. The TV connection was weak, so it kept stopping. The bathroom was visibly dirty. No breakfast available even though there was a sign advertising it. It doesn’t seem like it will be a bad place once everything is done getting worked on, but for the time being, it’s definitely not a 10/10 stay.

Positive: I was actually able to get a room for a decent rate after getting scammed or lied to by 2 other websites from Google
Negative: no breakfast. thought it was odd a sign at the front desk said no sitting on the patios.
