Positive: Decent size room, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff who looked after our luggage as a favour. Close to town centre and about 15 min walk to the lake park.

Negative: The main downside was noise from the mosque (over the road). We were expecting to hear the calls to prayer, which is the norm in Malaysia, but in addition to that a man was speaking over the loudspeaker at an absurd volume for close to an hour from very early morning. Just don't expect to be able to sleep in late!

Positive: 1)The room and toilet were spotless. The new facilities in the room made my stay more comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience.The hotel is also conveniently located near Masjid Melayu.

Negative: 1)The colorful running LED around the TV cabinet and in the toilet seemed unnecessary. The standard room lighting was sufficient, and the running LED gave the room a “arcade play area” vibe. 2)The loud noise from motorbikes gathering and racing near the Shell station outside the hotel disturbed my sleep. It would be helpful if the hotel could report this issue to the police for further action.

Positive: It’s a new hotel, so it’s quite clean & comfortable. Staffs are very friendly especially the reception.

Negative: Should focus on cleanliness because I can see little stains on toilet bowl & sink, more like it was not washed after previous check in.
