Summary: Very friendly staffs. In the room they could have some appetizers like chocolates bars, snacks, etc. they only had drinks in the mini freeze

Summary: The hotel’s site, pics/marketing video do match the actual condition of the hotel. Rooms are outdated, old varnished furniture from the 80’s, bathrooms w/ loose faucets, dirty shower stalls and grout. The toilet’s cover paint had chips all over w/ stains that lodged in the exposed wood. Not good! The rooms’ flooring was odd pieces of stone with mortar that stained over the years and concrete sealant applied over it. Looked old and dirty. We found out that cars are stored in covered parking on arrival but moved to the street on the following days. We had camping and personal goods in the car and were very upset to see the car on the street in the morning. Breakfast was 3 stars. It lacked fresh bread, sausage and fresh jelly. Instead of sausage with scrambled eggs, there was hot dog with tomato sauce. Who eats hotdog w/ scrambled eggs? The hotel is pet friendly but the staff did not advise cust to keep their pets in the leash. Customer service was spectacular though!
