Positive: Everything was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and big enough with a balcony and view of the outdoor pool. The toilet was separate than the bathroom and that was very convenient. We had a separate room as a dressing room which was amazing! Breakfast was delicious! The food and wine at the restaurant were also delicious! We would definitely go back there!

Negative: The only thing is that the had only a sachet of coffee for our first day. It would be better if we can a couple more.

Positive: Location near the airport. Clean.

Negative: Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The “suites” ..just little extra space. Nothing special to be classed as suites. No extras. Just 2/3 odd pieces of furniture. Disappointing for the extra. Irons are not included in any category of rooms. They have old & new wings. You have to walk all the way from the old wing to new to be able to use an iron. Also, the indoor pool time for children is restricted to mornings only.

Positive: Comfortable room, comfy bed, nice location with plenty of indoor parking, the wellness area is really worthy, the indoor pool, the Signorvino restaurant. Gentle staff

Negative: The day we check-out we could only use the wellness area until the check out time, afterwards we paid extra for the afternoon... In other hotels they left you use the service until you leave

Positive: Personal service Manuel was amazing what a gem. The wine shop was extraordinary breakfast room everything beyond fabulous We stayed there New Year’s Eve we had dinner in the bar the staff went above and beyond for us. The doors are unique Italian marble for each bedroom … very unique touch

Negative: Nothing! Ah except one tiny suggestion from my partner products in Bathroom could be more feminine and masculine instead of unisex In my opinion thus is minor they were great quality and certainly not a big issue but since the hotel owners own the product company could be an easy fix and quick additional unique win!
