Summary: Located in Zirl, and easily accessible by public transport from Innsbruck (~20 min), this is a great hotel in a scenic location. We had a double room and the views from the balcony were beautiful! Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

Summary: What a lovely visit. The staff were friendly and restaurant was lovely. We only ate breakfast there.

Summary: Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast options. Nicely decorated breakfast room. However our room in the attic of floor 3 and lift only went to floor 2, which made it slightly difficult to move luggage. Room was slightly dated and small. Bathroom was very cramped. But was handy to get to the airport

Summary: Very poor welcome at check in for the first 2 people in our group surely and demanding payment. Booked months ago then receive e mail no bar restaurant available as staff on holiday. No discount for loss of facilities. Room too hot no AC, Carpet was literally thread bare. Looked amazing when booked but not the case.
