Positive: We loved this quiet place with its beautiful garden and attentive staff. Excellent value for money and we would definitely come back. The location is perfect for so many things in Karen.

Negative: The shower could have been better. And the light in the room - a lamp would be nice by the beds.

Positive: Great location near the national park and about 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from westlands. 24 hour security so very safe and secure. Room was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was clean with great water pressure and hot water always. breakfast was served to the room and was amazing. Great bar and restaurant on site so very convenient to have your lunch or dinner there and a few drinks. Great huge screen for enjoying games as well. The Staff was amazing especially Denison Esther and Miriam. They were all very friendly and accommodating. My stay was great I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some time in nairobi

Positive: The staff, especially Joseph and the reception, were great. The location and the garden were just what was needed. The general welcome raised one's expectations. The laundry service was superb.

Negative: Toiletries were advertised. They didn't exist. Tea and coffee making facilities were also advertised. They existed for one day. Nothing forthcoming for the other days. We stayed several times, as the location was so convenient. The bath taps were non-existent - came off in the hand. The food, when we could get it was pretty good, although ordering at 6.55 and receiving it at 8.40 was one of the longest waits ever!

Summary: Well done, the staff. But bring your own shampoo!
