Summary: There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. I don't really like this kind of full automatic hotel, human worker are usefull, don't delete them !

Summary: The staff were pleasant and super helpful. The food (dinner) was amazing, plentiful and well priced. The bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again.
