Summary: When I book an hotel room, my highest expectation is to sleep well. This wasn't the case in the room 16. My bed felt like it wasn't flat (and it wasn't since I discovered on the last day, that wooden wedges were lying randomly under the bed). Also the mattress seemed to be outdated (hips fell in a kind of hole). The other beds were fine as my kids slept well. The hotel itself is quiet and nice. Staff is very friendly.

Summary: This was the coolest place. The beds were comfortable, my room was such a neat design, big and clean! The staff was unbelievably nice. My flight was cancelled the day of check out and they let me hang around and offered me drinks and even a place to lie down if I wanted. They even have the cutest cat roaming around, it’s very friendly but beware if you have a cat allergy.

Summary: Carpet and sofas need to be steamed cleaned otherwise great hotel location, staff, Ubu... breakfast service quite slow, especially since it's quite empty, but friendly accommodating staff is excellent. Nice, clean, modern, but carpets and sofas just needs a good steam

Summary: We were greeted by friendly staff upon check-in. We were grateful that all the staff spoke English and they also helped us bring our bags up. Good to know info: There is no elevator in the building. There is a very narrow stairway to get into the building, and there are stairs to get to your room. There is an adorable cat in the building who is sweet and fluffy, but can easily be avoided if you have allergies. He is fully vaccinated and not a bother at all. The rooms were great size, with enough room to move around. There is no microwave. And only one trash can which is in the bathroom. There is a fridge which is stocked (but you have to pay if you drink the drinks in there). They provide you with two waters on the nightstands with glasses. There is a tv and a radio which we didn’t use. We didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was a view of the adjacent buildings but we didn’t care. There is a lounge area with water and coffee- both were wonderful. There are also many couches and games (chess, etc). The location was PERFECT! Close to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. There are so many restaurants and cafes in the area, endless amounts so it really was a perfect area. There is also a restaurant downstairs of the hotel (it’s part of it) that you can reserve with the front desk staff- we did eat there and the service was wonderful. Food was good but we found a better spot up the road which was a little better. We traveled with 2 adults and children.
