Summary: No coffee or breakfast at 645am... doors to office locked. Most business travelers are gone by that time. NO coffee maker in room. Had to get out of bed and drive for coffee. Desk clerk smacking gum so hard last night it was disturbing. Otherwise cleanish, quiet, and comfortable. Room smelled odd though.

Summary: We have stayed here before. We love the area of Cuero. Have relatives near by in Yoakum. We like all the extra eateries in Cuero. Good food and friendly folks.

Summary: I did not use the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was available in the office.

Summary: Perfect simple Room for an overnight while hunting the area. The coke machine was down. Basic room clean property. Quick drive to restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Even walkable. Would stay here again

Summary: There were a lot of bugs crwaling around tub and floor. The sink would not get hot water. There was no atopper in the bathtub. Telephone was not plugged in and sit up on shelf. Manage always parks under the enterance portaco, they have separate parking. There indicates a after hours door, but you still have to go around to get access.

Summary: Wonderful new property close to downtown shops and activities. Room was spectacular and roomy, very clean. Don’t get to use it but great patio by pool with a BBQ grill. Nice pool area. Will definitely be back.
