Positive: Kitchen staff and front staff greeted us daily and helped us make the most of our stay. Summer made our day with a smile and a hello everytime she saw us. She always asked if we needed anything and also would give us information on local food and things to see and do. She treated us with respect and even remembered us from our last stay a year ago. She was always so friendly to our grandkids and would inform them about local animals and insects, which was very helpful to a group that comes from up north and doesn't deal with biting things. Amber was the dining area person. She was so friendly and always made sure that we were being taken care of. Our grandkids loved the breakfast items that she provided. One of my grandkids stated on the last night, oh no, we are leaving very early in the morning and we are going to miss the great breakfast and Amber's smile.

Negative: The housekeeping staff was not as friendly and really didn't interact with anyone. I know that it is a hard job and we appreciate what they do. The first 2 days were great. I told the housekeeping supervisor that whoever she had on those first 2 days was awesome in cleaning and changing items in our room. The next 4 nights were not good. It didn't even seem like anyone checked on us. We had to get our own towels and take out our own trash. After speaking with the front desk, they said that they would get a message to her. Apparently they followed through because on the last 2 nights, housekeeping again did a fabulous job. Just seems like they need a little nudge on follow up. It wasn't dirty or lots of smells. They actually kept everything looking veey nice through the facility they just need a little help on rooms. Great stay though.

Summary: I would prefer staying there over any of the other facilities in that area

Positive: We had a staff member named Amber that was really nice. She made sure that there was always plenty of options to choose from and made us feel like we were in our own kitchen. The food was always warm and tasty. Amber checked on us consistently and made sure that the equipment was working properly and had a very friendly attitude. She made our grandkids feel safe as they sat and enjoyed their breakfast. She kept her area clean and inviting and greeted us with a smile every morning. She is a great asset to your company and deserves our many thanks for making us feel at home. You have a very strong welcome team in Summer and Ariana. They greeted us with a great welcoming smile that made us feel like they were glad to have us stay. They spoke with us daily and asked us how our stay was going and if there was anything that they could do for us. We can't express how much at home they made us feel. Even though we just met them, by the time it was time to go, we felt like we were leaving some new friends behind. They didn't just talk to us because it's part of their job, they really showed interest in how they could make our stay in the area more enjoyable by sharing information on places to visit. We were always greeted with good morning and welcome back did you have a nice day.

Negative: Even though you are building a strong team, the only down side is that housekeeping services were a little weak. The first day we were here, we had a great experience with how our room was kept. Unfortunately, the next several days we were having to take our own trash out and go downstairs to get our own towels etc. I did compliment the housekeeping supervisor on on the first day. I told her that whoever provided services on the first day was exceptional. It didn't go too well after that. I understand that the new staff are learning but they should at least try to get strong on the basics and build on that. It wasn't dirty, just weak on follow up.

Positive: the staff was nice and helpful.the breakfast was real and not just cereal and milk. wish I had more to put nice but my stay was only overnight. I didn't hang out enough in the room.
