Positive: The property was really clean and all the facilities were easily accessible. The staff were extremely patient and helpful to us despite the language barrier. Meals provided were a delight to have, unique to its location, we really enjoyed it alot.p

Positive: Our room was comfortable, quiet, and immaculately clean. The staff were warm and very helpful. Finally, the food was simply amazing, a 10/10 experience. Fresh, varied, well arranged, and extremely delicious. It was a welcome surprise during our walk on the Kumano Kodo.

Positive: Lovely staff and hotel manager - went the extra mile to ensure my menu was in English and helped my luggage transfer too! Gave me an umbrella when it was raining! Best restaurant food! The onsen was great!

Negative: can improve on shared bathroom to plan to become an ensuite eventually in the future
