Positive: Location very close to the highway, but this was convenient for us, since we arrived late. Very helpful person at the desk.
Negative: Communication by WhatsApp was confusing. We do not use this App, and it was by chance that i had installed it. Communication should be by regular mail or SMS, not by a special app that is used only by some, not all.
