Positive: February 2026: We stayed at this hotel because we watched japanese idol concert in Lala arena tokyo bay. Room were decent, enough space for 2 medium luggages. Bathroom were clean. Location very superb 👌 so close to kaihimmakuhari station, 5 mins walking only. Also 2 of seven eleven nearby. This hotel have the airport limousine bus to narita and haneda, so convenient 👍 Designated smoking area outside, near to entrance. We didn't eat breakfast there so we couldn't rate it. Definitely will comeback to this hotel if we have to visit chiba again in the future. Thank you 🫶

Negative: Too bad only provide 1 pillow for each bed and the pillow was too thin. Please change the pillow ☺️ The blanket a bit thin. Also it was kinda not convenient because we have to drop the key everytime we go out.
