Summary: Top notch staff & service. Clean rooms, big beds, wifi, we did laundry, we did couples massages, free breakfast in the restaurant attached to it. Safe neighborhood, close to shopping and transportation. Rodrigo did an amazing job. Transport to Quito airport provided.

Summary: We stayed here because it was recommended in the 2022 Lonely Planet. The property was beautiful, the room was cramped as the Loenly Planet mentioned. Everything was clean and staff were very attentive. We visited the spa twice, which is only open by appointment right now. I thought it was overpriced, but it was very pretty and clean. It was $44 for use of the jacussi for 2 hours and $55 for jacuzzi with the two saunas. We also did a couple massage which was $80 total. That was already, I wouldn't do it again. The parking was a little inconvenient but it was still nice to have safe parking. There is a gate in the back of the property that they have to open for you to put the car into. The free breakfast is great. Overall I would recommend this place.
