Positive: - Very modern interiors. Room very comfortable with good aircon - Great facilities including a spa and outdoor pool (although this was freezing!) - Beautiful views of the hills - In the centre of town, very short walk to the local shops - Close to soca valley, Boka falls etc

Positive: Nice enough, but found it expensive for the property. Not a full service hotel. The front desk is closed from 10:00pm - 7:30 am. During that time you have no access to the elevators and must use stairs. Have never stayed in a hotel that locks you out of the elevators. AC is seasonal. Our room was very warm for sleeping. Had to sleep with the door open to try to cool the room down some. Not great. Breakfast ok. Staff very nice. Location good.

Negative: Not full service hotel. Elevators closed from 10:00pm - 7:30 am. No AC end of April. Room very warm for sleeping.

Positive: Hotel's activities agency is not recommended. Gave us misleading information, poor service, overpriced activities. Better use the other agencies in Bovec. Nice breakfast. Spartan toiletries. Reception staff are very good and informative.

Positive: Nice modern and cosy hotel, located near the center of small town Bovec (in walking distance to shops and cafés). The rooms have nice balcony and there is a sauna (that you can book for 1 hour private). It is also the perfect base to do water and outdoor activities in the area.

Negative: Fitness Center only had 3 machines and no free weights. The toilet is separate, but the bathroom with the sink is inside the room without separation, which we do not like so much.

Summary: Nice modern hotel, perfect for outdoor activities.

Positive: I loved the new design, new furniture and comfortable rooms with balcony and great view. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Negative: The amenities were poor for the price. Breakfast was ok, bit I would expect more from a 4* hotel. Pancakes on the second day were a joke (thick, no taste, cold). Coffee is a disaster and the “100% orange juice” was a joke. Sauna is ok (only one hour per stay), jacuzzi was not working and is under camera surveillance which is not really appropriate in my opinion. We were missing the mini bar, tissues, etc.

Positive: Hotel appeared brand new, no worn furniture or dirty barthroom, everything fine. For Bovec it is a clear enrichment of the otherwise not so impressive hotel scene. Friendly staff, breakfast OK but nothing special. We will come back next time, a clear recommendation.
