Positive: Nicely maintained, neat & clean. Location is convenient if purpose is to be centrally located. Serves the purpose of a budget accommodation.

Negative: Property does not serve any breakfast which is essential in morning. Neither it serves any meals during evenings. At times room service is delayed, not much but enough to make one check again if demand is followed.

Summary: Overall a comfortable budget accommodation.

Positive: Cleanliness & maintenance. Property is neat & clean. It is strategically located if one's work involves travelling within the city. It is definitely value for money.

Negative: Does not have facility for breakfast or meals. Only tea is served if ordered. There are no joints nearby for early breakfast. One has to carry ready to eat snacks if early morning breakfast is required. Cost of ordered tea is more as compared to the quantity served.

Positive: The location was excellent, the service was commendable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, the management was open to feedback, which was greatly appreciated.

Negative: There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, primarily caused by strong odors from the kitchen, where meals are prepared for the staff. This added significantly to the discomfort. The unpleasant smell in the rooms was due to poor bathroom drainage and a lack of proper ventilation, resulting in stagnant water that created a foul odor. Initially, I had to reject two rooms because of these issues. However, the third room provided exceeded my expectations—it was spacious and completely odor-free.

Summary: Great stay! Friendly staff, excellent location, and great restaurants nearby.
