Summary: For one night it was perfect. The food was ok but needed some attention. 3 diffent serves (main) looked/tasted equal, dark and uappetizing.

Summary: We spelt two nights in this hotel due to a meeting in Strausberg. The hotel is a classical beauty. It lies in a park with a splendid lake view. Food and drinks are of high quality. The staff is quite nice, but somewhat lacking in raffinesse. For instance: We asked for checkout during the precious evening and we where told that this could not be done because the staff was too busy. This itself is understandable but, Please try to put this in a more elegant manner than a simple “Nein”.
