Positive: Location, young ladies at the reception (I remember the name of only one of them, Bernadette) with smiling faces at all times, breathtaking breakfast, delicious food at the restaurant, free parking area, free wi-fi and more.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: Nice view of the Danube but no balconies in rooms. Really more of a four star hotel than five. Rooms comfortable but not plush. Breakfast very good in very nice restaurant. Ability to use the terrace in nicer weather would really improve the experience. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Staff is excellent and accommodating. Internet did not work in our room during entire three day stay, apparently due to a part on order. We were given a 10% discount for the inconvenience.
