Positive: Huge gym attached to the hotel which can also be used by guests. Good breakfast.

Negative: Room a bit small, bathroom somewhat unpractical. Tiny window. No safe.

Negative: Shower/bathtub was old and not comfortable to get in and out of. Food for breakfast so so..

Positive: It is a nice hotel with a variety of things you can do, from a casino to a banquet hall, a bar to a gym, and even a spa. The restaurant has very nice staff. Jorge was one of the best servers we had, making sure our cups were full and asking if we needed anything else. They are very attentive.

Negative: it was a nice hotel but definitely not a place to rest. The bed are super hard, the pillows are super flat, and the chairs in the room are definitely not fluffy friendly. The views from our room were the windows to a different room, needles to say we never opened the curtains. The parking lot is in the basement, which has 2 levels, but the elevators dont work. It is a very busy hotel, and you can hear everything happening outside your room, including conversations down the hall and very loud music at all hours of the night and day. The food we paid extra for was limited to 5 or 6 choices, but it was delicious. The bathroom was falling apart, the shower kept on falling the water pressure was good but you had to be careful with the temperature of the water 1 minute is super cold the next its boiling hot the water was all over the place since the shower head was broken it wouldn't stay in place. Almost fell a few times from all the water outside the shower. This hotel is very nice but this is not a place you come to rest.
