Negative: An older Route Inn, I was a little underwhelmed by what normally is a reliable hotel chain, No coffee in the room, coin laundry facilities are old and rickety, small onsen.

Negative: The absolute WORST ever wi-fi connection, surprisingly the only place it worked properly was the breakfast room- so I was able to do all my internet stuff whilst eating breakfast. In my hotel room 99% of the time it did not work.
