Summary: Nice hotel in downtown Pleven. Cleanliness is good. The restaurant menu is better than the most hotels i've been. The meals are delicious. The parking is ok, but there are no reserved spots. If there is a free spot, you get it. If no - you have to go to the paid parking across the street.
