Positive: Very well located close to the shore and well kept. Pierluca the manager will go all above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast is worth a mention as guests will find delicious and home baked cakes daily.

Negative: The building is on a big road however we stayed in a room facing the garden therefore it was quiet and we didn't hear noise from the road.

Positive: The hotel was on the path of the Via Francigena and was just outside Teraccna. The host was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good mixture of yoghurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, and homemade options.

Positive: Clean, comfortable and spacious apartments. We have everything we need in the kitchen.

Negative: WiFi wasn’t fast, but near the reception it’s better. It’s a little difficult to cross the road (to get to the beach) without a pedestrian crossing - active traffic. But all this is not a big problem.

Summary: Everything was good, comfortable apartments.
