Positive: nice hotel, but need extra cleaning in the rooms, can see many cobwebs in the corners, and on the sealing. nice breakfast, plenty to choose

Positive: The staff was welcoming, even late at night. Very responsive. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. Though we didn't get to try it, breakfast looked pretty good. Price was definitely a bargain. Highly recommended!!

Positive: there is a kettle inside the room and they offered us a lot of coffee a lot of tea and all the accessories that comes with the room. we love their breakfast which was very very good, the room is bigger than expected, very bright... there's a balcony there and room is very comfortable

Negative: there isn't a lot of stuff actually that's wrong... maybe you could say the entire floor are tiles which are very cold so you need slippers... the shower is a little smaller than expected and air conditioning it takes a lot of time to warm up the room, but actually the room temperature is quite okay so practically you don't need it... so small stuff only if you have problem with details

Positive: Good location in Sermione, with a nice pool, and a restaurant in the hotel (both for seating and takeaway). The breakfast is nice. Great coffee of course.

Negative: The room is a bit small for 5, but it was ok for us.
