Positive: Fantastic location in city centre, the Terrace was superb, large complete with sunbeds to lounge in and enjoy the sun. lots of good eateries close by and good value, easy access for taxi and would recomend for a city break with great shopping close by too.

Positive: It is our second visit to this hotel although last year it was called Zenit Hotel what was not to like about it Staff very friendly. Room service impeccable cleaned every day. Fresh towels bed linen Coffee Milk Sugar. Central city centre within walking distance Plenty eating places within 5 mins walking distance Would I return. Your dam right I will ready to rebook when I return home ,room with balcony well worth the little extra. But avoid September to October That's when I want to return 😆

Positive: I liked how kind the staff was and they offered me a packet with things to do in Murcia since I have never been here before. I also liked the quality of the breakfast. I also loved the bathroom in my hotel room. It was clean, fully-stocked, and very tidy.

Negative: The bed was not comfortable at all. It was so hard.

Summary: After a 24+ hour journey from the United States to Murcia, Spain, this hotel felt like a sanctuary.
