Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Further from the shops and restaurants than we expected but enjoyed the walking nonetheless. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel is more suited for business travellers than holiday. Breakfast and dining experiences were very good. Gym is small but functional. Swimming pool was not available due to time of year and being upgraded.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, good wifi, walkable to old town and points of interests. You have to pay €15 for parking every day. It is in a busy area but they have great sound barriers between the walls and the windows are also blocking the noise of the road. The room needs a bit of tlc you can tell it on the furniture and walls. Otherwise everything was great 😊

Summary: We got almost zero sleep due to the room next door parting until about 4am. Smoking weed and loud music on the balcony was a disgrace and disrespectful Why did the hotel security not sort this out ? This should not be allowed to happen and I expect a reply from the hotel. I spoke to the receptionist this morning about it but she wasn’t interested and offered free parking as a gesture of goodwill??!! Shame on you Nelva for allowing this type of behaviour to happen
