Summary: Selected room was not available and no payment adjustment was possible. Management kindly offered late check out, but the cost was frustrating.

Summary: The restaurant and bar were not open in the evening. This was not mentioned on the website while booking. Otherwise I would have booked another hotel. The personnel was very friendly.

Summary: I have just returned from a cycling trip across Europe where I stayed in 17 different hotels. Many were excellent, but this was my favourite. The young lady on reception was exemplary - warm and friendly and yet very professional. She arranged for a safe area for my bicycle to be stored overnight and directed me to nearby shops to replenish my provisions. The room was beautiful - calm and restful and air conditioned and very comfortable. Super shower. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and good value. The 4-course evening meal was absolutely delicious from start to finish and also great value. The service in the restaurant was attentive and helpful. I had a perfect overnight stay and wished I was staying longer. Thank you very much and I hope to stay here again in the future.
