Summary: Front desk didn’t alow me to bring two coffee cups to my Room and they didn’t appreciated that I pay for four Rooms and only used two

Summary: First day was excellent! The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The first day we got there the pool was a little cloudy but I think that’s because the large group of people had just left because the next day the pool was great. Our shampoo and body wash were empty but didn’t bother as much as we had brought some from home.

Summary: The property is centrally located in Guyabitos, which allows easy access to all amenities you may require. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacies near by. The beach is a short 5 min walk away. And taxis are always easy to catch out front of the hotel if you need to go anywhere. The Beach nearby is easily accessible, and truly makes this place a good place to stay. The pool is decent, and the staff was great. You are in Real Mexico, and the area has its own charm. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: Jessica was friendly however the pool needs to be cleaned the water is quite murky we didn’t use the pool At times there were a lot of family and children in the pool, Other guests left beer cans etc around the pool The property does not look like the pictures on your site
