Summary: My reservation was for 2 adults and a 14 year old minor, but at the time of the reservation the receptionist stated that the minor was supposed to be a 1 year old infant so therefore they charged almost 1800 pesos more.

Summary: The beach here was great. There was lots of action, vendors, restaurants. Within the hotel, I really enjoyed the Mexican families, and how happy the children were playing with their siblings and parents. The staff were ver friendly and helpful.

Summary: Excellent hotel support staff, specially parking staff were friendly. Front desk staff needs more customer service training, not friendly, always in a hurry, not accommodating. Hotels needs bell boys or at least luggage carts. Pools were clean, perhaps extending hours to 10 pm instead of 8pm. Great location, easy beach access, close to shopping and boat trip to Isla del Coral.

Summary: Our stay was amazing but their system was down and I wasn't able to pay with my debit card . I had to pay out of pocket which I wasn't expecting. The staff wasn't much help at providing information regarding the other payment options. Other then that it was a pleasant experience !

Summary: This was a different experience from what we are used to. the hotel is very nice, but we were not expecting being a little bit of open space, just a couple of plants divide one room from another, and there is no windows or anything from the kitchen to the outside. the weather was perfect during the day, but a little bit cold in the night and morning. because there is no windows or anything, our room was very cold. this hotel doesn't have a private beach. The parking was for free and it was a little far from the hotel. we needed to leave early the next day and the parking lot was closed with chain, we needed to wait until the guard came to open the gate so we could take our vehicle. overall the experience was different and the kids enjoyed their stay
