Summary: We - two adults and three teenagers - loved this hotel, where we stayed for three nights. Great location - very close to a metro station where both the "red line" (from the Airport) and the "blue line" (going downtown) stopped. Very nice, quiet and elegant neighborhood, with pleasant restaurants and a superb huge shopping center just across the street. Super friendly and nice staff - the reception very helpful and the breakfast staff were great too. Spacious rooms and overall very fresh and orderly. We would love to come back.

Summary: Rooms were very outdated and dirty. Carpet had stains all over it. Bathroom toilet was not cleaned well when we checked in. They charged you for making the nespresso coffee in the room. I stayed 4 nights and they only provided me with one bottle of water. The only good thing is the location of the hotel.

Summary: Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights initially, traveled outside Lisbon for a few days and returned for a last night before departure home. Hotel sent us a bottle of wine and pastries as a thank you. Restaurant had good food. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
