Positive: The fact that we booked for our stay says enough. The lady, I don’t know her name, who is usually at the reception desk is always very helpful and pleasant. The bottle of wine, a Christmas present, was well received!

Negative: Breakfast: they could make it clearer which glasses/cups to use at the coffee machine.

Summary: We know what to expect and we haven’t been disappointed yet (for some years already!)

Positive: Beautiful spacious room with a view overlooking the dock, we were there to catch the ferry to New Castle the next day, so a good rest before the crossing and a short walk to the terminal. Another plus point is the full scale kitchen on the same floor, though we didn't cook there, we could use the supplies and facilities there .

Negative: Without a physical reception, we ( 70+) had to struggle with digital checking in and the digital key was also something new to us ! We were rather disappointed with the breakfast, too little choices and we had to wait for refills, it didn't match the other facilities of the hotel, sadly!

Positive: new hotel, rooms sober design but confortable, good breakfast, close to ferry terminal.

Negative: Heating system in the room not ideal : air blowing directly above your head while sleeping. Minimalistic reception but certainly very friendly
