Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: After decades coming over and over it is still a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens. The staff was very helpful, the kids club was great too.

Negative: The kids pool was cold. So cold that they were not able to enjoy it. The rooms should have carpets in this climate. The previous floors were much nicer.
