Positive: The breakfast spread is very good and has a lot of variety. Room decor may look dated but we like its vintage look, and it's spotlessly clean. And every room has beautiful flowers at its window like the Belle epoch hotels you see in Stresa. Ours beautifully framed the Old Town. The owner/manager is a 4th generation of this classic hotel and he's running it with meticulous traditional hospitality. He's a rarity and true gentleman. Stay here just to experience it!
