Summary: Housekeeping was missing on some days. The breakfast was quite limited with very little variety, and the coffee machine was out of order. The information on the website about a free ski bus was misleading — it was neither free nor did it serve the main ski areas. In practice, you need a car to stay here. On the positive side, the pool was good and the room was okay. The hotel has potential but needs some improvements.

Summary: The hotel is quite nice for the price. Friendly reception staff but there was no need for a bouncer demanding to see my key after returning from dinner outside. Pillow in the room incredibly uncomfortable. I’m writing this at 4am because I couldn’t sleep well due to the pillow. If I was staying more than one night I would request another one, as the standard one in the room is so small my head barely fits on it.

Summary: We just did a quick over night stop, so didn’t have time to try the restaurant or spa! But the room was very well appointed and newly refurbished. Great welcome from staff on arrival. So, a good short stay.

Summary: If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else.
