Summary: Room was small and hot. My room facing the street was very noisy. The windows had no screen to get fresh air and had pigeons flying and hovering outside of window . The front desk were very helpful and nice

Summary: As very nice staff. Sorry to say but our room was so hot (27c) and we couldn’t turn down the heat. The hotel knew there was a problem and their solution was - open the windows.

Summary: Property is well maintained, and has good size accommodation. Room had faulty A/C, and had to open windows to cool off room. Requests were made to front desk but were not considered serious which was disappointing.

Summary: I stayed here for one week as a sole female traveller and felt very safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. The hotel is only a short walk to the centre of Prato and the Textile museum, which has a fabulous gift shop. There is also a supermarket across the road with everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel as my experience was fantastic.

Summary: Stayed here for 1 night and was a great hotel . The lady in reception was very helpful in a commodating me and my long wheel bas sprinter in there free carpark . The room was spotless and roomy and because we was in superior rooms the mini fridge was complimentary which was a nice touch . Sparkling amd still water , 2 cans of coke , 2 bottles of beer , and 2 bittles of frsh fryit juice for in the morning . Cant fault it to be hinest
